WHAT IS AURIENT’S ROLE?

 

Aurient Investment Partners has been conducting extensive research, due diligence, and market investigations into the Build to Rent model. In conjunction with the developer, Aurient has secured the land, and been liaising with the developer and has been instrumental is the design, planning, costings and operations of the development.

The company locates, researches and manages the investment properties on behalf of the investors. Aurient has developed a small and dedicated group of professionals which includes accounting specialists, financial and asset analysis, record keeping and administration of the portfolio.

Services such as legal and accounting are outsourced to internationally well known firms. The company together with it's developer clients engages outside consultants for design, engineering, building services as required.

Aurient will be acting as the major capital raiser of private investor’s equity, and will monitor, advise, and report to investors on the progress of the development, In addition, Aurient will be making a capital contribution in line with other investors and sharing in the upside and risks.

Aurient will meet with and report to investors regularly, meet with and discuss the project and the construction as well as the marketing, design, and fitout with the developers, oversee the rentals, and the management of the building.

And as part as its on-going service to its clients, Aurient Investment Partners will undertake this role on behalf of its capital invested clients.

This will involve quarterly progress updates on major milestones and metrics, regular site inspections a bi-annual investor update presentation.

Aurient will be participating in a monthly Project Control Group Meeting with the developer and key stakeholders and will be in regular contact with its development partner as the project progresses. Aurient will be instrumental in the final negotiations to sell the building and assist investors in securing their returns.
