HOW LONG IS THE INVESTMENT?

Unlike REIT’s and Property Funds, or buying your own individual property, this is not a “buy and hold “ strategy. You are getting in early and taking part in the development itself, with the aim of sharing in the upside over time. Therefore it is intended to be  sold around 24-28 months after completion of the building, to ensure the building is fully rented and to maximise potential returns on sale.
